Dixie Dictionary

Colonel Horsepasture's Guide Book & Dixie Dictionary (1961) is 20+ pages of "...true enlightenment of Dixie Doing's and Southern Sayin's..." or in other words, a side splittin' booklet on the lost art of the southern rebel drawl. Terrifically / brilliantly written and illustrated -- just for you damn yankees-- yes suh, morn 225,000 sold can't be wrong!

As a Pennsylvanian exiled to Maryland, I am delighted to see that Maryland doesn't rate a spot in the United States of Dixie. Whew!

Don't hold your breath, Tara! You know what they say in Dixie-- "the Souths gonna rise again!"

Eeek!
